Millar’s Chorizo Hash - Chorizo sausage, pan roasted potato, caramelised onion, red peppers, pink pickled onion, fried egg and mojo picon dressing


Shakshuka - Two eggs baked in homemade Ras el Hanout spiced tomato & pepper sauce, served with toasted sourdough.

The Meaty One – with chorizo sausage

The Savoury One – with feta & herb crumb

The Original – with harissa oil & herbs


Smashed Avocado with 2 poached eggs & smoked bacon or veggie option with crumbled feta (v) – Served on toasted sourdough, topped with chilli and lime.


Oak Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs - Served on granary toast, topped with lemon juice, dill & black pepper

 

Bacon Ciabatta – Smoked bacon in toasted ciabatta roll, with butter and rocket


Maple Granola – Crunchy oat & seed granola, berry compote, vegan yoghurt & maple syrup


Porridge – Warming oat porridge served with seasonal compote & toasted seeds (vg available)

New York Reuben – Millar’s home-cured salt beef brisket, melted emmenthal cheese, sauerkraut & Russian dressing. Served as a toasted sourdough sandwich.


Chicken & Red Miso Ramen – Rice noodles served in aromatic chicken broth, pak choi & a soft boiled egg


Sweet Potato & Jackfruit Thai Curry (vg) - Fragrant Thai green curry, with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, sweet potato & jackfruit. Served with Basmati rice


Smoked Bacon, Mushroom & Cheddar Cheese toasted sandwich – With sweet chilli jam, rocket and pickles
